Kerala restaurant

Edited on Dec 27The last time we went, everything was excellent but this time the service and the food was terrible.There was only two people and the store was so busy and was understaffed. Was sat there and saw at least 50 people walking out. This time we ordered biriyani, porotta, beef curry and fish fry. Porotta was bad and cold. Biriyani was sugary and cold. Beef curry was excellent and fish fry was not fried well. Also it took 45 minutes to get the food. Note to the owner: please hire more people at busy times other wise you will loose your loyal customers over service and quality of food. Hope you improve your service!!We came to Mississauga for a family event. We where really happy with the food here. Space for dine in was limited but food was top rated compared to the other Kerala stores nearby.

Recently, I was in Sydney NS for 5 days. I visited this restaurant every day for dine in and take out. Tried variety of dishes. Excellent food, authentic taste, satisfying quantity and reasonable price. The owner serves the food and all customer service with smile. Everything in this restaurant exceeded my expectations, so far from my home. I will strongly recommend this restaurant to my friends and surely visit again. Must try for all, especially Indians and South Indians. Thanks Joy and Mrs. Joy for giving homely atmosphere away from home. Best wishes for the growth of your business.

Today at 7 pm i went there to buy chicken curry. But it was almost sold out. When i asked them they said they can get me the curry in 10 minutes. So i waited there and got the curry. When i opened it from my home it has only two small piece and a loose water gravy. If they have sold out the curry they can sincerely tell me the truth. This was really disappointing. Its not worth for the money i spend.

Went with high expectation after reading the reviews and many people's suggestion. Ordered for Chicken dum biryani, Kerala Porotta, Appam, Gobi Manchurian and Sharjah shake. Shake was really good, everything else was just average. Service is good. Overall I felt it as an Ok place. Management really needs to have a look at the quality of food served.

I have tried the Thalassery Biriyani, Kappa biriyani, Porotta and Beef from JJ. 100% satisfied with the taste, quality and quantity of the food. I have been getting the consistent great quality and quantity for the last 4 or 5 months.

Had very high expectations before Coming into the restaurant .. the food is very normal . The mutton Kizhi Parotta is very bald with no juice and the Parotta is half cooked and Avoli fish fry has gotten to spice or masala into it .. the appam is so sour and it is one of the worst Appam I had ..

Tamils store awsome sweets items and pricesBut in tamil society they have many more different tast verity shorteats items not only with everything with suger try to find out more place .but I like this place

Kerala food court we visited for our meal was a wonderful experience. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with friendly staff and a warm atmosphere. We were quickly seated and presented with a menu that offered a variety of dishes to choose from. After some consideration, we decided to order the chicken biryani and chicken fry.The chicken biryani was absolutely delicious. It was well-cooked and had a perfect blend of spices that gave it a rich, savory flavor. The chicken fry was equally impressive, with a crispy exterior and tender, juicy meat on the inside. The portions were generous, and we both felt satisfied with our meal.To complement our food, we ordered some cold drinks. The restaurant had a good selection of beverages, and we chose a couple of refreshing options that were served promptly.Overall, we had a great experience at this restaurant. The food was fantastic, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was welcoming. We would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal.

Amazing food. After a very long time found really tasty kerala parotta and naadan beef curry in the area. Malabar Dum Biryani was great too.

Food was good , waiting time for food was a bit long. Tried chattichor as recommended and it was good, the prawns n the mango pickle was yummy in it.
